The Board has recently reviewed the Restrictions and Covenants (R&C) for the Green Tree North Homeowners Association and found outdated sections. There are many new homeowners in our neighborhood who may not know about or have read the R&C, therefore, it is a good time to update the R&C as well as acquaint new neighbors with the R&C.
